Mandatory Requirements  :   Number of Position : One • A minimum of 5 years experience in IT Project management in a large scale project. • Ability to develop complex project plans. • Ability to manage multiple project simultaneously. • Ability to manage a team of 10 or more IT professionals of varying expertise including programmers, analysts and application support. • Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Project and View. • Experience in the migration of legacy applications to web based applications is mandatory. • The applicant must have a minimum of 5 years experience in Project Management for a large application. The application must be similar in size and scope to the types of application development performed by a large governmental entity such as the New York City Department of Education. • Excellent communication Skills.
