Description of Position: The Business Development Officer is responsible for new business development and promoting Diverse Job Connections Career Interview Fairs from home. Responsibilities will require the BDO to spend the majority of the work-day placing calls to businesses with an invitation to upcoming career interview fairs. Establish and maintain accurate and timely records of activities and pipeline of new business development efforts.

Qualifications:
Candidates must have at least five years sales (cold calling) experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and demonstrate a commitment to being a team player.
