Estimate fees, determine scope of work, prepare proposals and contracts on large or multiple projects. Actively manage client's budget, schedule and program; project communications and documentation. Satisfy client requirements. Coordinate work efforts and review work performed.

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of roadway design experience within an engineering consulting firm
Minimum 5 years of large design-build project management experience; i.e. construction costs of $50M+
