STS Staffing is looking for candidates who have Inbound Call Center experience.  High attention to detail is a huge must as you are taking orders from customers and making sure they are being shipped to the right store locations.  This position is to serve as additional help during high volume times and will require flexible first shift scheduling. 

Required:

Minimum 1-2 years experience in a call center or phone customer service environment. 

Must be willing to accept Flexible Scheduling

Accurate data entry skills

Responsibilities:

Handling INBOUND calls from customers

Assuring accuracy when entering orders

Verifying orders to ensure completeness

Providing courteous but focused
